By creating an account or using mycircl.ai ("MyCircl", "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is a product terms outline; have counsel review before relying on it for regulated use.
The Service
MyCircl is an independent professional relationship platform for trusted introductions, network mapping, and optional AI assistance. Features and plans may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You must be able to legally use the Service in your jurisdiction and be of legal age.
- One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing for organization plans.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose safety risk.
Contacts and introductions
- Only import contacts you have the right to use for professional networking.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or upload data obtained by bypassing another platform's rules.
- Respect connectors and targets — no harassment, spam, or deceptive introduction requests.
- AI suggestions are assistive; you remain responsible for messages you send.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break security, probe other users' private data, create fake identities, automate abuse, or use MyCircl for unlawful activity. Report abuse through in-product safety tools when available.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan shown at checkout and in your billing settings. Taxes may apply.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee introductions, hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
